At Zoomlo, we are more concerned towards securing your personal information, photos and usage. Privacy is more important to us and we never use the customers photos, selfie for any other purpose than facial analysis for matching them with the event photos. Process is entirely automated and machine based and hence no human or manual involvement exits.

What We Collect and How We Use Your Information

When an Event Organizer or Event Attendee uses our services, our platform provides them the ability to collect Personally Identifiable Information such as Personal details, Selfie image along with other entry fields within the interface. Some of this information is relevant to the photo matching (e.g., platform may collect your phone number or email address to notify you once there are new photos identified). 

The Client may also collect other information including (but not limited to) the user’s name, user names, address, pin code, preferences, etc. These details are made available to the Event Organizer or any other 3rd party integrators for download who can then use that information in any way they determine, based on their own privacy policy and agreement with you and any 3rd Party vendor they may have incorporated into their photo display, photo printing and sharing features.

Over a period of time, we may start collecting statistical data and information in an automated way from time to time. This does not include personal information, but we may associate it with personal information collected in other ways or received from third parties, provided to us by you and from your secured login.

You may have the option to disclose information. Personal information may include your name, address, email, phone number, and other demographic or preference information. If you are paying us for services, we may collect billing and financial information needed to secure payment. Few information may include IP addresses, geographic location of where photos were captured, browser type, language, network information (such as your wireless provider) demographic information such as estimates of age, race, number of visits, gender, etc.

We may also provide Event Organizers or Integrators with an array of information about the device that is used to capture media, including the device type and ID numbers, battery levels, number of uploads, etc. In addition to any information, we might directly collect as described above, both proactively and automatically, we also collect information through our platform on behalf of Clients, 3rd party users, Marketing Partners, and business partners.

Upon viewing your photos on or through our platform, users may also have the option of forwarding your content and adding additional content (collectively, “User Content”) to the site or to other sites, via a variety of social channels and platforms (e.g., post to Facebook, Instagram, Email, SMS forwarding, etc.). Any User Content posted by you or forwarded by you or by an Organizer is completely out of our control. Such User Content may be shared, viewed downloaded, or used by any unauthorized person who may have access to the media at any of the sites.

Privacy of your Photo

Your photo is displayed on our portal that is displayed only to those who are all part of the snap and is notified to registered portal attendee or as a notification to respective registered email address. Zoomlo services are intended for good, wholesome fun and does not condone or knowingly allow the capture or forwarding of obscene, vulgar, pornographic, or offensive photos or videos.

In some cases, our photos are captured in a completely automated or semi-automated fashion. Photo content may or may not be reviewed by our staff as it passes through our system. Thus, our Machine learning algorithms and advanced artificial intelligent platform running backend will be periodically improved for recognizing any such and will remove any known offensive material, we make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the content of captured photos or their appropriateness or inappropriateness for any particular purpose.

By using our services, you relieve us and any of our Integrators, Marketing Partners or affiliates of any liability or harm that may be caused by the posting of any and all photos shared or uploaded to our portal.

Cookies and Tracking

Portal may set and access “cookies” on your computer. These cookies are normally similar to other portals those collect data while you are accessing hosted web pages. Examples of collected data are: how and when pages are visited, by how many people, other sites visitors click through to, and what their personal preferences are.

Zoomlo may also use Web Beacons or pixel-tags that enable us to count the number of visitors to a page, count the number of clicks, and monitor related user access and page statistics. Some web browsers offer restrictions, such as a ‘Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal Collectors that you do not wish to be tracked with regards to certain activities, such as which third-party partners you click to or which offered online services you might use. We cannot ascertain whether any Collector abides by a “Do Not Track” request.  Accordingly, portal does not monitor or honor web browser “Do Not Track” signals.
